Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources at Henry Ford College is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all College employees, including administrative staff, full-time and part-time faculty, and non-instructional employees. The office is responsible for College labor relations and negotiates and administers all collective bargaining agreements covering College employees.

The HR Office is located in Room 314 (third floor) in the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Service and Conference Center. Fringe benefit programs for eligible College employees are administered by the Office of Human Resources. In addition, a number of staff training and development opportunities are coordinated by the Office of Human Resources.
